Wake Tech Proposed Student Housing
The goal for this project was to create student housing for Wake Tech Community College students. The simple, contemporary design allows each student their own decorative freedom. When picking material choices, all materials are selected based on quality, maintenance, and comfort. Ensuring each student feels comfortable and calm was essential to the design of this space.
This 2-person student housing ensures each student has their own bathroom as well as equal sized rooms. All apartments have a built in laundry, private study space, and even a back patio.
